  • (Verse 1:)

The fight begins within the mind, where shadows twist and creep,

A war of thoughts—to trust in grace or let old bondage keep.

No phantom foes to chase tonight, no demons in the dark,

But faith that lifts the veil to light, igniting freedom’s spark.

    (Chorus:)

The battle’s not with hellish flames, but chains we’ve come to bear,

To walk as sons in Love’s pure name, not slaves to doubt or fear.

The only fight we’re called to wage? To rest in Grace’s embrace,

And hold the line of heaven’s stage— our home in Christ’s own space.

    (Verse 2:)

No striving in our mortal strength, no grit to earn the prize,

For Christ has torn the temple veil— His peace our battle cry.

The enemy’s not flesh or fiend, but systems built on rules,

Religion’s cage, where Joy’s unseen, and fear plays judge and fool.

    (Bridge:)

Relax! Let worry fade like mist beneath the morning sun,

For Love has sworn to break the fists of guilt that weigh a ton.

In gratitude, we lift our eyes— no war to win, but be —

A mind renewed, a soul untied, where Christ’s own law runs free.

    (Verse 3:)

The “Law of Liberty” now calls— not stone, but Spirit’s breath,

To live as heirs, not orphans small, unshackled from death’s tread.

The war is won by staying still, in Rest that conquers night,

For Love’s the sword no foe can kill— our truth, our strength, our light.

    (Outro:)

So let the old minds fade like dust, let dogma lose its throne,

For faith and hope will lift the just, but Love will lead us home.

The battle’s end? To simply see: we’re held, we’re known, we’re free—

In Christ, the war’s already won… now rest, and just believe.
